Tracy provides administrative support to the team at the Teaching Awards Trust and works across both campaigns as well as providing operational support to the charity including finance and administration. Tracy is passionate about the need to raise the profile and morale of all teaching and support staff across the UK, and loves using her extensive expertise and organisational skills to support the annual events organised by the charity each year including the Silver Awards Winners Tea and the UK Awards Ceremony. Tracy loves to be challenged and loves working as part of a team, and brings a wealth of administrative and organisational experience to the role having worked with corporate boards for over 20 years.
